I too made a shape for the display, all the mount holes and the 10-pin holes on 0.1" centers. I was trying to add the 10-pin header in as well. DJ, I tried that but it does not work when both components are placed.. The best I've come up with so far is to first place the display without the overlapping 10-pin header. Then make the thermals, top and bottom. Next, place the 10-pin header. Now the thermals nearly but not completely disappear. So I think the clearance dimension on the 10-pin is erasing the thermals. If I press ctl-k (?) to decrease the clearance, then the thermals reappear! Good news.
