The difference I see betweeb gsch2pcb (gEDA 1.9.2 (g7b0ee03)) and lepton-sch2pcb (Lepton EDA 1.9.9 (git: 7ce80ce)) is different unnamed_net numbers and that the net symbols shows up unnessesary in lepton.
