I can't seem to find any docs for the file format. I'm looking for
something similar to the PCB doc that spells out what each type of
attribute means.

Specifically, I'm lost trying to figure out why some of my symbols promote
an attribute while others do not.

Can someone explain what each of the flags mean in this example:
