Does it have to be 200 MHz?
If 50 MHz are acceptable, my current choice would be Rigol DS1054Z. Apparently, advanced trigger options for i2c, serial and the like are installed by default
 This scope would set you back by 405 € only. (VAT and shipping to EU included)
 
200 MHz, 4 channel are so much more pricy that I always decided to take a step back and accept 2 channels + the ability to do logic on a couple of channels. This would be Rigol MSO2202A (1950 €)
