I'm using a 36 pin stepper motor driver.  There are 3 ground pins (AGND,
DGND and PGND) and one huge exposed pad under the center of the IC.
Internally the exposed pad is connected to all of these ground pins/planes.

How would the PAD definition look if I want all of these pads to connect to
the exposed pad?  And how does this exposed pad get defined in the
schematic symbol?
