If ~/.gEDA/ folder exists, lepton will use it (unless
configured with --disable-deprecated). Otherwise, it will
load configuration files from $XDG_CONFIG_HOME/lepton-eda/
directory ($XDG_CONFIG_HOME usually expands to ~/.config/).
