Coding continues apace in pcb-rnd, such that we now have parametric
support for all graphics types supported by netpbm for on the fly
insertion into PCB layouts as footprint silkscreen bitmaps.

netpbm currently supports the following formats:

   bmp, fiasco, fits, gem, gif, jpeg, palm, ps, rast, rle, sgi, sir,
tiff, xwd, zeiss, png

The necessary bitmap() script files for adding bitmap insertion
support to pcb-rnd can be found on the edakrill repository.
