Spreading the word a little wider.

Deadline is April 3.

Gnucap, as part of the GNU project, will be participating in the Google
Summer of Code again this year.

In the geda context ...  hoping especially with help with file exchange
with layout ..  including pcb, pcb-rnd, ...
