With a Hot Air iron, yes. With small tipped iron the odds are dicey of it it working. A lot of QFN parts *look* like the pads extend to the edge of the part when they really don't.. So it can *look* like a good connection to *nothing*. QFN parts are really bad to use if designing low current products because they can be hard to get the flux out from under them. The inert flux can build up contaminants over time leading to rising currents. A Bad Thing in a battery powered device.
