These are likely the bounding box of the complete Adafruit 3.5 inch touchscreen project, including the mounting point ears that extend past the datasheet given size for the touchscreen. Further XY Positioning relative to the screen connector, as well as the important FPC pcb cutout area has to come from inspecting the datasheet and building some construction lines in a new pcb file.
