Its from the Debian 7.6 (wheezy) and Debian 8.X, (jessie) Repository, (i.e., installed with apt-get.) There is a related problem in that the Up-arrow and Left-arrow work, but, the Down-arrow and Right-arrow do NOT work. I'm not able to reproduce the behavior you are describing. What version of pcb are you using, and could you provide a reduced file that demonstrates the behavior?
