If you want to make the pcb in house (e.g. for prototyping) you can 
write it out to "drafting film for laser printers" (similar to OH film, 
but with better dimension stability och with matte finish), e.g.

If you want someone else to make the pcb, you probably better off 
sending them the gerber file and let them handle all details.
