As along term good to have a collection of test HIDs that excise
different parts of pcb-*.
export - because this is pluggable for pcb-rnd but also because export
is so darn fragile (IMHO)
drc - because we are making this pluggable in pcb-rnd and because more
involved drc adds more corner cases.
drawing - because this would have caught James's bug about smd pad
shrink on board flip.

I guess we have parted ways in terms of code but I would hope we could
all still work together on a mutually agreed on way for things like
DRC and etc to respond to different scenarios.

I dislike the divergence in code but it is a good thing that the two
programs can check output against each other going forward.
