The former site is where Ales was `a benevolent dictator'. The
latter is that we moved to at first already with other admins
IIRC. Then we moved to geda-project hosted by DJ. Probably nobody
has told this to Ales ;-) or he just has no motivation/permissions
to change anything these days. I think all the sites could be
mentioned with some remarks that those two mentioned by you are
the old gEDA ones. Please do if you want (your English is better
than mine), or just tell me what would be better to write
there. If you're meaning the background of such changes, you could
better look through the archives of geda-devel a bit before those
events.
