Yes I know that workflow. I think you've mention it almost 7 yers ago at 
geda-user mailinglist whatever I've found it here: 
http://geda-user.delorie.narkive.com/qGKxQW9Z/dxf2pcb.

But Inkscape is not CAD (I mean some kind of engineering application) 
and on the other hand LibreCAD does not export PS. Mechanical engineers 
usualy does not use Inkscape to draw an mechanical parts. Purpose of DXF 
is exchange and almost every CAD app can export it.

WOW, what a new information for me, thanks. I've just change pcb 
preferences file accordingly.
