Please try to resist the temptation to use octagon's when a circle is needed as eagle does. Likely because having that data simplifies the DRC. So I can see where that could be a problem. Secret trick, put the gcode interpretor into the relative mode, and use the radius mode to draw the circles. When the circle is done, revert the interpretor to absolute distance mode before making the next motion. Result is perfect circles with 99.999% less hassle except for the design rules checker.
