IIRC, a while ago, when trying to realign the grid using the GTK PCB
version, I noticed that PCB seemed to interpret the "mouse up" event when
selecting realign grid in the menu as the user's mouse click indicating the
location on the PCB at which to realign.

I think I got around it by scrolling the PCB feature I wanted to realign
around to where the menu item would be at the time the mouse button went
up....
