Let's call it what it is: it's playing childish, political games, and it's just going to be bad for the project. I've put you (i.e. Markus and Kai-Martin) in the geda-admins team. I recommend *talking to* the other members of the team, and coming to some sort of reasoned compromise about how to take the project forward. If you can't, declare an official fork -- and find your own project name and your own project infrastructure. Peter P.S.
