Dear developers,

a few minutes ago the new strategy which does "home" branches and
rebaseable bugfix branches was distributed to all source code Git
repositories on git.geda-project.org. Same thing for all, now.

This also means that a developer having write access to pcb or geda-gaf
can now refine e.g. xgsch2pcb or orange as well.

These three repos holding website contents are not part of that, yet.
Branches make no (or much less) sense there, so it requires a different
strategy.
