The most recent pcb release is from 2014... might want to start there.

Making a new snapshot isn't a hard process (although not trivial
either) and doesn't require any special privs other than git+web.
There's a readme that I follow to do it.  The tricky part is picking a
good time for it, and just as we're collecting lots of new branches is
probably not one of them.
