I too find any movement of mouse cursor (and crosshair) which is not strictly mouse driven quite irritating. A click on a pin number in the netlist window launches a very well visible (almost obnoxious) location hint. Maybe, the DRC should use the same technique. While at it, it would be nice if there was a fool proof, intuitive way to stop the hinting animation. How about the escape key? > Clicking on a DRC violation marks the element in question violet. ^^^^^^ marked as "found". The found colour is not necessarily purple. BTW, this does indeed help a lot. ---<)kaimartin(>--- -- Kai-Martin Knaak tel: +49-511-762-2895 Universität Hannover, Inst. für Quantenoptik fax: +49-511-762-2211 Welfengarten 1, 30167 Hannover http://www.iqo.uni-hannover.de GPG key: http://pgp.mit.edu:11371/pks/lookup?search=Knaak+kmk&op=get
