I think we have been adding features for some time with out letting
anyone know about them. This is going to sound stupid but I only just
now realized that you could hatch in gschem.

I don't like the idea of wasting config file space on a check box
being ticked. Can we instead mark the config files with the date stamp
of the freshly run install after that first run.
