Fedora, Debian, and Ubuntu have different package sets and commands for installing/testing them, and Windows will certainly now need the user to build this "extra" package manually. Lots of documentation will need to be touched as users bump into this, build scripts for downstreams (rpm/deb spec files) will need to be edited, etc. Having said that, I'm a fan of not copying libraries :-)
