I need someone who can do a board layout for me, or more precisely, apply some not-too-complex modifications to an already existing board layout. The problem is, it needs to be done in PADS, because that's what the original was done in, and there is no feasible way to convert it into our beloved GNU PCB, especially given that the latter does not currently support blind and buried vias which the existing board uses extensively (like all cellphone designs I know of).
