Does this mean one can take all the commits from your fork and simply apply them to the official repo?

I have no idea how a netlister works, I want to encourage you to help re-duplicating efforts. Having an improved netlister, but shipping the other one is somewhat pointless. As it is to put big efforts into a netlister which is used by only one person on this planet.
