I do care -- even though I don't use windows at all. But I work in a 
mixed OS environment. Many of my users are locked on windows because 
of various "big" software packages (Autodesk Inventor, Solid Works, 
Mathcad, LabView, Comsol, ...). It is a hard sell to have them use 
geda for their occasional electronics project unless there is a viable 
ready to use windows version. The alternative would be CadSoft eagle.
