I work on PCB when I'm designing a PCB and need something changed.
Sorry to be practical, but if I don't need any new pcbs, I'm not going
to do any development.  I have other things that are higher priority
for me.

What we need is for people to want certain features bad enough to
"own" them in the official repos, and then gather like minds to work
on those features.
