Multi selection is good for a few segments: hold down shift, click on the
desired segments with the mouse.  This selects them and allows them to be
dragged as a group.

For a large number of segments I suggest this recipe:

0. Select -> Unselect all
1. "Find" the segments by hovering over one of them and pressing "F"
2. Select -> Select all found
3. Drag
