Hi,

Some idea which came out of the long "pcb alternatives" thread was to
create a structured footprint library as alternative to the existing
newlib, pcblib, pcb-newlib libraries.

As a first step I would suggest we define the directory structure to
be used. Instead of starting this directly in some cvs/svn/git, and as
it is NOT POSSIBLE to create empty directories in git (major fail! :)
I would suggest we create this structure at some online shared editing
facility.

Suggestions:
  * Google docs
  * www.codeshare.io

Other suggestions? Someone complained about sites making heavy use of
JS. I hope either one of above suggestions is suitable for your
system.
