I'm new in gEDA and new in EDA, so I can give only my own feelings about PCB not in comparsion with other software. Footprints I made with python script and emacs. In pcb critical for me is: 1) I didn't have problems with all used footprints but one ( www.allegromicro.com/~/media/Images/FAQ/ACS758/fig6.ashx?w=400&h=492&as=1), I use squared pads (because can't make separator betwen two rounded pads) and for holes I use many pins. 2) When I have 2 or more polygons with different circuits and pins or pads connected with one of polygons I can't see where I must make connection. 3) Can't select and move element, when another is near (often it possible when components placed in different sides) John Griessen, big thanks for your configuration, I'll try it for basement of my own. Vladimir Zhbanov, Yes. It will be very helpful. Bernhard Kraft, can I see your make scripts? --f46d0435c07e1b6f50051180d415 Content-Type: text/html; charset=UTF-8 Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable
