Hello all.

I'm facing the need to control the temperature of a small sample in a
chamber between room temperature and about 450°C with a precision of
0.3°C or better.
So far my research led me to consider RTDs or thermocouples to sense
and the controllers range from standard PID to more complex algorithms
implementing predictive control or fuzzy logic.

I'd like to hear about your experiences or opinions on the subject,
sensing technologies, control systems, lab-grown devices, etc.
