This is a testament to using a second pair of eyes.  I missed that 
ElementArc statement.  I edited my .pcb file to remove these "null" 
statements and it now prints fine.  I will definitely add this check to 
my notes for future use.  Thanks very much for the help.

Where can I get this patch?  It sounds like something I could use. These 
arcs are a silkscreen circle around the pin.  Using one ElementArc 
statement is a lot cleaner than using four 90-degree segments.
