Honewell is a classic case of a corporation being so big that there's really no need for them to be nice. They make so damn much money on selling little no-brainer things in such huge quantities that everyone needs, like the gas valve in my new furnace (it was being installed yesterday and I happened to see the big Honeywell stamp on it), that doing anything to help people...even helping people buy and use their products...just isn't on the priority list.
