Does anyone use some kind of electronic elements accounting system?

Desirable requirements:
- Accounting (increasing and decreasing elements quantity)
- Association with BOM (report insufficient and nissing elements; if
this type of element is used in any other BOMs)
- Reservation for BOM (elements on shelf, but are reserved for following BOMs)
