Not at all. 
The 3D model would reside in a file that is processed by the dedicated CAD 
application FreeCAD. PCB just emits a 3D representation of the layout in a 
FreeCAD readable format. For the other way, there would be an export 
filter in FreeCAD that produces native PCB format.
