No repository, I just release when there are important updates.
Yes, 2.4 is the current version, just like that web page says.

That github project seems to be just an import of my 2.4 tarball.

a Jessie VM available, so I should be able to reproduce the

At some point vhd2vl may become obsolete, replaced with iverilog
VHDL input mode and the vlog95 target.
