Does it work if you click the button to go > back into 2D view?  No, it doesn't work in 2D view. At this point, I'm only interested in 2D view. My feeling is that it's only relevent in 2D view. If 3D view automatically disables any such artificial mirroring it would be fine (i.e. does what it does at present). Lilith
