To prove my memory, I just found this http://www.seul.org/pipermail/geda-announce/2011-December/000213.html >gEDA/gaf version 1.7.2 should _not_ be packaged up in any distribution. I can not remember or find something like an announcement for 1.9, so the question is: Should we put the 1.9 release into distributions?
