This says the resnap mode is active. The current mode is shown on the right-hand side of the status line. If moving nets or the opamp itself doesn't help, select this component, hit '-h s' (go down the symbol) and resnap all the pins of the symbol. Then hit 'os' two times to go to normal snap mode (snap on). Translate symbol into zero coordinates (hit 'et') before saving. Then go back ('
