This could happen if your symbol or its pins are not on the grid due to
moving or creating them when the grid was off. You can resnap the symbol
in question in the resnap mode. Hit 'os' several times to cycle through
the snapping modes and look at the status line for hints. If this
doesn't help, go down the symbol and resnap its pins.
