[... already newest version] After some try and error I found it boils down to mismatches in one of the installed packages, gEDA sources appear to be out of the picture: $ pkg-config --cflags "gtkglext-1.0 >= 1.0.0" Package pangox was not found in the pkg-config search path. Perhaps you should add the directory containing `pangox.pc' [...] This should work, right? :-) To solve the problem I patched configure.ac to set the required compiler flags manually.
