At least not the question I'm talking about. Maybe I didn't look deep enough into the matter, but to me it looks like openNURBS isn't a CAD application, but a geometry library/ toolkit. It's not on a level comparable to FreeCAD, but to OpenCascade. And the editor for openNURBS data, until somebody writes another one, is Rhino. I can't find any hint openNURBS would allow to export IGES, STEP, STL or some other data format useful in other applications, so using this toolkit means one is clamped to a single commercial application.
