DRC automatically checks netlist against what you draw. I solved this problem on my stuff by having an extra schematic page at the end titled hidden-magic. I fill this page with things that don't make obvious sense graphically and load the page with a lot of text to clarify. To get the netlisting right I use the slots attribute to so that the symbols on the hidden-magic schematic are just for the pin numbers of the ground/chassis pins. This is an example of how I do it.
