Just be aware there are always things in code that you just can't express in a gui. A lot of spice stuff requires manual tweaking before it will work. Vendor models for example. I typically only use the page numbers on the schematic sheet and not in the file name. Numbering twice to me is like double dimensioning in mechanical drafting.
