If, for instance when I am designing a footprint, I am very zoomed in with a fine grid of 0.005mm, I want to begin drawing a line for a pad at a location (0.95, 1.125) mm relative to the mark (or cursor location), I tried to use Cursor(Pan, 0.95, 1.125, mm) but the cursor jumps way up the the corner of my screen and the pcb view of the layout does not change. I can't draw the line because my mouse is out of the pcb window entirely. From the pcb manual: Cursor(Type,DeltaUp,DeltaRight,Units) ... Type is one of ‘Pan’ or ‘Warp’. ‘Pan’ causes the viewport to move such that the crosshair is under the mouse cursor. ‘Warp’ causes the mouse cursor to move to be above the crosshair. I am not seeing the viewport move. I am using pcb built from git: date: 2012-01-22 13:30:07 +0000 git-commit: b30e524e5ef574befa1fa538333aa739271b4e14 I can't test with more recent pcb for two reasons: (1) geda-project.org is down (2) git port blocked on company LAN due to braindead security policy Regards, Colin
