Even worse: If some of the parts do not contain a footprint attribute, the component may fail to put it in the netlist at all. Specifically, gnetlist always chose the symbol in the file to determine the footprint. Order in the file depends on the order the symbols were entered. This was one of the long standing bugs, that were finally dealt with about a year ago. Now, gnetlist checks for conflicting values of attributes and issues warnings. Unfortunately, like I wrtoe before, gnetlist currently regards an absent footprint attribute as conflicting with an existing footprint attribute value. The more general problem of output depending on the order of GUI input also remains to be dealt with. ---<)kaimartin(>--- --=20 Kai-Martin Knaak --Sig_/mEgcw_+LNpD+UIsJYftC9Au Content-Type: application/pgp-signature; name=signature.asc Content-Disposition: attachment; filename=signature.asc -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.12 (GNU/Linux) iEYEARECAAYFAlAeqBIACgkQt9RkiGwLn1OduACgiJgulHU8lBF2VLbJrh8i0c8W rrAAnRXSrBGnkbI9jBPaGHMqU1x3RuJX =j5l5 -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --Sig_/mEgcw_+LNpD+UIsJYftC9Au--
