I'd:

1) opt for dual opamps rather than quad. Quads tend to be associated
  with more passives than fits to their left and right. The complete
  layout tends to be about the same size like with two duals.=20

2) put the subcircuit on a subsheet in the schematic.

3) add a dummy top level schematic that contains only one instance of the
  subcircuit. Choose a unique prefix for the refdes of the subcircuit.

4) do a layout of the dummy top level schematic in rectangular shape to
  be used as a template.

5) write a bash script that uses sed to replace the unique prefix in the
  template with the prefixes used in the real schematic.=20

6) use layout-to-buffer from the file menu of PCB to copy paste the seven
  modified sub layouts to the "real" layout.

This seems awkward, but proved quite efficient in a project with 32
identical modules.=20
