I went through DJ's Getting Started with PCB and I'm curious about
something.

In 4.1 LED Board the PCB application shows all 10 layers on the margin.  In
4.2 Blinker Board the PCB application only has 4 ;layers showing in the
left margin: component, solder, silk and rat lines.  I have never been
really clear on how to configure the groups for a two layer board but how
do you set up PCB for just the layers in 4.2?
