Also, the 'pcb' BOM export feature will use the manufacturer and
manufacturer_part_number attributes (and others?).

I have been using manufacturer and manufacturer_partnum myself in
my footprint library (and adding these attributes to symbol
instances on my schematic as needed to make the part list/BOM
complete and detailed), so I may change to
'manufacturer_part_number' to be more standard, but I just have to
do a little search-and-replace to do so.
