I have been trying to pin down conditions for reproducing it, but all I have so far is that it doesn't seem to happen if I spin the scroll wheel slowly. I have never had it happen on Linux, so I assumed it was Windows-specific. From that screen shot, it looks like it's cross-platform. I'll be happy to do what I can to help find & fix it.
